I ordered for PAN support and shared make and size on whatsup. The delivered part does not fir. Sent emails, spoke to customer care and on whatsup number, finally after lot of tries got reply 0n 11 feb that new one will be come from the factory. But when that will happen, I am not sure. very poor customer support
